My vision for a happy 'mankind' is anchored in my choice of value goal, towards an approach of 'live and let live' irrespective of circumstances, based on a tenacious ontology of 'man is good'. My passion for creativity, positive reciprocal influencing and compassion for people combines with a drive to create diverse and continuous learning opportunities on various plains, in line with each specific clientele demand. The aim is to harness well-being, potential and equilibrium by facilitating personal growth and company growth ensuing product and service improvement.

 

Enhancing self-awareness and integration as part of lifelong learning, focused on people as a resource of wealth and excellence, is my core subject. Leaders and potential group-influencers whether individuals or groups of people or management teams of all kinds are the focus of this positive energy discipline. Every individual human being is a leader of self and of his or her immediate environment. Living from an ethic core is my passion and my practical tools for improvement are generic and organic and are widely applicable to all environments.

QUALITY ORGANIC LIVING IS TO LIVE FROM ONE’S ETHIC CORE

 

By addressing quality of living and the value of life, quality products and quality services are a natural result. By augmenting principles of well-being and core ethics in a work force –consisting of people– this nucleus principles of quality in work environment is innately reinforced.

 

Understanding people and nurturing a core of genius in everyone from manager to cleaner to associate ignite an internal locus of control that feeds into equality and joint accountability.

 

CORE-LIVING: We are your partners in re-inspiring competency by offering strategies to engender hope of continuous improvement and learning. The mind shifts towards core-living include:

 

  • Being bone honest about ‘me’ but being totally relaxed and industrious about it rather than anxious or apprehensive: ‘Me’ being the instrument of all quality control;

  • Discovering one’s own innate potential towards quality management, rather than pushing performance from an outside source of control;

  • Ensuing prevention rather than cure, as reactive cure breeds re-work in company procedure, calling for external control and negative feedback which is focused backwards.

  • Pro-active energy is positive energy which is the goal of quality, based on internal control and future mindedness; a proactive attitude towards quality is feasible through future mindedness and moderate personal thought-disciplines preceding the practical tools.

 

With this attitude of individual internal co-responsibility and accountability regarding quality, a company slowly turns the tide towards naturally building what is right versus anxiously fixing what is wrong. Prevention rather than cure is the mirror that reminds us that we have been deformed by a Problem-Model versus a Solution-Model. The organic principle of ‘Live and Let Live’ is applicable to every environment, especially so in any business or competency driven milieu. To reach this altitude a few fundamental thought trends most likely need to shift position first, as our thought patterns determine our attitude which is the basis of the altitude.

  • building competency versus correcting weaknesses

  • edification of perseverance and originality versus dead rules and fear-based control systems

  • building relaxed personal excellence versus lapsing into anxious strife or victimology

  • enhancing solutions versus magnifying problems

  • celebrating core similarities within diversity versus forcing patronizing uniformity

  • keeping a balance between the quality goals and needed tasks

  • striking a balance between the thought processes and the content of quality procedures

LIFE IS …Life is Here … Life is Now … Life is for Living … Life is for All … Life is for Living it All … whether in soul or body or spirit; whether accommodating co-kin or co-home or co-self; whether being at home or at work or at leisure. We are One Organism with one burning heart of vibrant Life whether as humankind or as a company. Life is shared within … it is shared communally among others … and it is shared mutually with all Life forms around us. Quality Life is living and flowing from one’s own excellent and completed core.
